Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 5 cups sugar


  • 2 cups water


  • 500 ml chilled milk - depends on your use


  • 1 bowls almond


  • 1/4 bowls pista


  • 1/4 bowls kharbooje ke beej (migi )


  • 1/4 bowls khaskhas


  • 1 pinch keshar


  • 1 bowls souf


  • 1/4 bowls black pepper


  • 10 nos chotii ilayachi


  • 1/4 bowls dry rose petals

Directions

  • Except sugar and milk soak all ingredients in hot water for one hour.( over night cold water mai rakh sakate hai )
  • Sugar aur paani add kare aur gas on karke uspe rakhe. Jabtak sugar melt ho usse chalate rahe. Melt hoke jab syrup ban jaye toh ek tar ki chasani bana le, jab chasani ban jaye toh gas off kar de. syrup ban kar taiyar hai, syrup ko thanda hone ke liye rakh de.
  • Grind above all ingredients in mixture aur paste bana le.
  • Ab Paste ko chalni me ya malmal ke kapde me chaan le.
  • Ab sugar syrup me paste ko acchese mix kare aur 5 minutes tak slow flame par chalate hue garam kare fir gas off karke thanda hone ke liye rakh de.
  • Keshar Badam Thandai bankar taiyaar hai, ab thandai ko ek saaf kanch ki bottle mai bharkar rakh de.
  • One big spoon thandai ko one glass chilled milk me add kare. Aur upar se kesar threads and rose petals se sajaye, And serve kare.
  • Tips : Thandai ko Bottle me store karke freeze me rakh de. Jab aapko peena ho tab chilled milk me add karke pee sakte hai. Isse 1 month tak store kar sakte hai.
